The experience opens with a Sonoma Chardonnay and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by three distinctive Napa Valley Cabernets from Raymond, Duckhorn, and Joseph Phelps - each presented alongside a course created to reveal the wine at its best. From slow-braised short rib and herb-grilled lamb to prime ribeye, the evening builds toward a memorable showcase of Cabernet’s richness, structure, and unmistakable sense of place. Guided wine commentary and the intimate hospitality of Peter Pratt’s transform the dinner into a journey through one of America’s most celebrated wine regions.
