The Peter Pratt’s Wine Experience Series continues, with Barbecue and Big Bold Reds Under the Stars - an evening celebrating the flavors of summer, where expertly prepared barbecue meets a selection of powerful, expressive red wines from some of the world’s most renowned wine regions.
Hosted by DonFam Cellars, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu featuring seasonal ingredients, wood-fired and smoked specialties, and wines chosen to complement the richness, spice, and character of the cuisine. From bold Cabernet Sauvignon and robust Rhône-style blends to iconic Australian and California reds, each pairing has been selected to showcase the art of food and wine together.
Set against the backdrop of a summer evening with seating on the back deck, this intimate experience invites guests to gather, savor exceptional wines, and enjoy great conversation under the stars.
