Celebrate the season with Peter Pratt’s Champagne Holiday Dinner, an intimate four-course experience showcasing four distinctive expressions of Champagne. From an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs and vibrant Brut Rosé to prestigious vintage Champagne and a decadent Demi-Sec finale, each wine will accompany a holiday-inspired course created to reveal its character. Expect lobster and caviar, seasonal flavors of cranberry and chestnut, truffle-roasted capon, and a warmly spiced pear dessert. Presented with DonFam Cellars, this elegant evening promises exceptional Champagne, inspired cuisine, and festive hospitality.
